Developing a working definition of HQL in a collaborative and structured process, allows us to consistently deliver impactful, transformative educational experiences. Through this exercise, we also developed a Profile of the I.S. Graduate. While our definition of HQL establishes how we get our students to where we want them to go, the Profile of the I.S. Graduate defines who our students will become. This strategic alignment ensures that daily classroom experiences are intentionally designed to develop future-ready individuals.
